1. Order Processing Time

Before your order ships, we need time to verify your details, prepare your items, and ensure they meet our quality standards. Here’s what to expect:

  • Standard Orders: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (business days exclude weekends, holidays, and major sales events like Black Friday/Cyber Monday). During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days—we’ll notify you via email if there’s a delay.
  • Pre-Orders: For items marked “Pre-Order” on the product page, processing begins once the item is in stock. We’ll clearly display the expected “in-stock date” on the product page, and you’ll receive an email when your pre-order ships.
  • Custom/Personalized Items: If you’ve ordered a personalized item (e.g., monogrammed jackets), processing takes 3–5 business days to complete the customization before shipping.

We ship to most countries worldwide, with tailored shipping options to fit your needs—whether you need your gear fast or want to save on costs.

2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer two main shipping options for U.S. addresses, with delivery to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via USPS or UPS Ground. Delivery takes 3–5 business days from the date of shipping. This option is free for orders over \(75 (before taxes); for orders under \)75, a flat rate of $6.99 applies.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air. Delivery takes 1–2 business days from the date of shipping. A flat rate of $14.99 applies, regardless of order value.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: Shipped via USPS Military Mail. Delivery takes 7–14 business days, and standard shipping costs apply (free for orders over $75).

2.2 International Shipping

We ship to over 100 countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the European Union, and Japan. International shipping is handled via USPS International, UPS Worldwide, or DHL Express:

  • Standard International Shipping: Delivery timelines vary by country—typically 7–14 business days from the date of shipping. Costs depend on your location and order weight; you’ll see the exact shipping fee at checkout before completing your purchase.
  • Express International Shipping: For faster delivery (3–5 business days), choose Express Shipping. Fees are higher than standard shipping and are calculated based on destination and order size—details are available at checkout.
  • Important International Notes:
  • You (the customer) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s government. These fees are not included in your order total and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
  • We cannot control delays caused by customs inspections—if your package is held, contact your local customs office for assistance.
  • Some countries have restrictions on certain materials (e.g., technical fabrics). We’ll notify you if your order can’t be shipped to your location due to these restrictions.

3. Shipping Restrictions

While we aim to ship globally, there are a few exceptions where we cannot deliver:
